		<description>To my mind mediation is way too late at this point. You need to stop the conflict, or at least try and limit it before any kind of mediation will work.

There are too many hatreds and too much ingrained conflict for anyone to simply say &quot;let&#039;s talk this over&quot;. The cycle needs to be broken before any good will come.</description>
